Import with Apple's system picker or explicitly invoke the camera, then review heuristic tonal, clipping, edge-detail, illumination, and ROI diagnostics.
Analyze and retain
Use automatic Otsu or documented manual thresholding. Every rerun retains its settings, result, capture report, and revision sequence.
Correct, classify, and sign
Keep reviewer additions and exclusions separate, assign the plate disposition, and sign the exact count, dilution, volume, and revision reviewed.

Visible diagnostics

No erased history
Each analysis run remains identifiable. Reviews go stale when governed inputs change, and the readiness gate says so.

Keep FDA BAM 2026, USDA/AOAC, and custom SOP ranges separate. TNTC blocks simple arithmetic instead of inventing a value.
Portable evidence
Package a PDF, three CSVs, two JSON files, annotated images, and a SHA-256 plus byte-count inventory for every payload.
